Authors to Schools Program
Pittsburgh Arts & Lectures sends each visiting children’s author to an area school for a one-hour question and answer session at 10:00 am the Monday following Sunday’s public Words & Pictures lecture.
The visit is hosted at one school while four additional schools actively participate through video conferencing technology. An unlimited number of schools can log in to view the event in real time.

Scholarship tickets are available to qualifying schools and organizations. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your contact information, name of your school or organization, and number of tickets requested to obtain scholarship tickets.
A book signing will follow the program in the Children’s Department of Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh. Books will be available for sale before and after the lecture from Classic Lines.
