RAD Pass
We are pleased to offer cardholding patrons of Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh and other Allegheny County libraries free tickets to select events through RAD Pass. RAD Pass provides Allegheny County residents ages 18 and up with access to free or discounted passes to cultural attractions in our region.
