Before International Poetry Day comes to an end, w Before International Poetry Day comes to an end, we’re leaving you with a few poetry prompts to carry the feeling forward. Poetry can feel a little intimidating at first. Like there’s a right way in, or something you’re supposed to get. But really, it’s just a place to begin. A line, a feeling, a fragment you follow and see where it goes. These prompts are small openings, a way onto the page without overthinking it. No rules, no pressure. Just words, wherever they want to take you. If you feel moved by these prompts, or feel so inclined, share what you create with us—we’d love to read your creations.
