We’re excited to announce a special collaboration We’re excited to announce a special collaboration with the Carnegie Mellon University School of Music for Barbara Kingsolver’s upcoming lecture. Kingsolver’s new novel, "Partita," is a story of love, memory and the enduring pull of art, centered on a gifted pianist whose passion for music shapes the course of her life. It’s only fitting, then, that music will extend beyond the page for this unique evening. Faculty members and students from the CMU School of Music will join us at Carnegie Music Hall, bringing live music to the event celebrating a novel in which music means so much. We’ll share more about the participating musicians soon. For now, we’re thrilled to bring literature and live performance together for this one-of-a-kind evening. Tickets are limited.
