We have merch!    Be the first to shop our collect We have merch!    Be the first to shop our collection of t-shirts, tote bags and Dad hats at Mary Roach’s Ten Evenings lecture on Monday, October 5.   The catch? You’ll have to leave the house to get it. Merch will only be available for purchase at our events—no online shop, no shipping, just a little something extra waiting for you when you come see us. P.S., we’re only accepting debit and credit cards at this time.   Pittsburgh Arts & Lectures is proud to partner with WORK on their 2026–2027 tote bags and shirts, made from 100% recycled polyester sourced by First Mile collectors in Hualien, Taiwan and produced by our recycling and processing partners there. Informal collectors like these recover up to 60% of all recycled materials used in consumer products worldwide, yet rarely see fair pay or safe conditions for that work. Through this collaboration, every piece purchased supports collectors earning a living income and working with dignity — right down to the shirts’ soft blue color, drawn straight from the recycled bottles themselves.
