WE’RE HIRING! 📣📣📣

Pittsburgh Arts & Lectures is currently seeking two new team members for exciting positions that are vital to the work we do!

The Development Manager ($55,000-60,000) is responsible for developing fundraising strategies and managing individual donations, foundation and government grants, and programs sponsors. This full-time role is actively engaged in key relationships with donors and funding partners, and oversees office management operations including processing payables and receivables. The Development Manager works closely with the Executive Director to establish and meet organizational objectives.

The Marketing Specialist ($20-25/hour) is a hybrid and part-time position responsible for developing, designing and managing PA&L’s social media and marketing plans. This role is responsible for identifying, initiating, and maintaining media relations and working as the liaison with technical teams.
